Ideals Andik Vermansah Want to Have Soccer Academy
Andik Vermansah has a special aspiration. Later when it has been hanging shoes from the world of football, Andik wants to have a football academy.
Selangor FA players’ desire was based on his experience when starting a career as a footballer. Andik feel support facilities for young players in Indonesia is still minimal.
“At the age of 17 years stepping on 21 years is still lacking amenities,” said Andik.
“At the age of 17-23 years it’s important to build his right muscles, if now at the age of U-13 to U-16 good, only later muscles that go to senior need proper practice.”
“The Brazilian U-19 players are quick to go straight to U-23, where the training is right, if here the training is just running, passing, while the facilities are lacking,” he added.
Andik assess Indonesian players rely more on individual skills. As for the physical often keteteran because from a young age is not given the ideal practice due to lack of supporting facilities.
“If it is over 16 years of muscle players must be developed.In the outside countries, their facilities are complete, but in Indonesia is still behind, so we rely on individuals,” he said.
Therefore, Jember-born players are hoping to be able to help young players through the academy of soccer facilities that he aspired. That way, Indonesia will have players with good physical and stamina.
“I have a great desire to have a football academy, instead of training or refereeing, I have an academy in Surabaya, so I can facilitate young players, so I know what’s lacking,” he said.
“The bottom line at the age of 16-23 is still a question mark for the training here.If there is a complete facility, I am sure it will be good Individuals in Southeast Asia Indonesia is good, just the facilities are lacking,” said Andik.
